Frequently Asked Questions – Magnolia Heart Nanny Services

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to find a nanny?

Matching a nanny to a family can take between 3 weeks and 3 months depending on the requirements of the family.

If I don't like my nanny, can I get a new one?

Yes! New nannies are assigned free of charge. Some limitations apply.

What if the placement Nanny does not work out?

In rare cases, a placement Nanny may not work out well.  We encourage you to call us when you first begin to have concerns.  We can support you with ideas and encouragement to resolve challenges involving performance and/or challenges with the family.  Your call will be held in complete confidence.

Can you explain the one-year commitment requirement?

In most cases full-time and live-in Nannies need to be able to commit, providing a deserving family predictability and consistency and preventing the needless of their child/children to multiple Nannies.  So, if you (the Nanny) conclude that a one-year commitment is not feasible, please do not accept the job offered unless the families choose to reduce the requirement.

How many families can I interview with?

As many as you would like – We believe in pairing the right Nanny with the right family.

Do you offer Nanny payroll?

Yes, we do.  Click on the link and you will find information to determine if GTM payroll service is for you.  https://gtm.com
